Grass Maintenance

Regular mowing, edging and grass collection to keep lawns neat, safe and presentable throughout the growing season. We work to a scheduled programme that suits your facility, and our battery powered mowers and power tools operate quietly enough to run alongside daily activities without disruption.

Lawn Care

A healthy lawn requires more than mowing. Our lawn care service includes scarification to remove thatch, aeration to improve drainage and root growth, overseeding to restore bare or thin areas, and seasonal fertilisation programmes. We also carry out selected weed treatment to keep grass areas clean and even.

Hedge & Shrub Maintenance

We trim, shape and reduce all hedge and shrub types - from formal box and beech hedging to informal mixed boundary hedges. All arising are removal and disposed of responsibly. Our battery powered hedge trimmers operate at a fraction of the noise of petrol equivalents, making them ideal for use near residents' rooms and windows.

Tree & Shrub Pruning

Formative and maintenance pruning of ornamental trees and shrubs to maintain shape, health and safe clearance. We follow best-practice pruning techniques and can advise on timing for different species.

Planting & beds

Flowerbed Maintenance

Regular weeding, deadheading, mulching and general care of established planting beds. We keep beds tidy, weed-free and looking their best throughout the season, adapting our schedule to match the pace of growth.

Flowerbed Installation

Design and installation of new planting schemes suited to care environments. We can create sensory gardens with fragrant planting, low-maintenance colour borders with seasonal interest, or formal beds to complement the style of your building. we use robost, easy care plants appropriate for the Irish climate and select varieties that offer year round visual interest. 

Seasonal Planting

Spring and Autumn bedding programmes to keep entrance areas, planters and key beds looking welcoming year round. We supply, plant and maintain seasonal bedding - from spring bulbs and summer colour through to autumn and winter interest planting.

Patios, Paths & Hard Surfaces

Path Maintenance

Regular clearing, edging and surface maintenance of all hard paths and walkways. We remove weeds, moss and debris, re-cut edges and ensure paths remain safe and clear for residents and staff throughout the year. 

Paths Repairs

Re-laying, patching, levelling and surface repairs to existing paths and patio surfaces. Uneven, cracked or sunken paths are a fall hazard - we assess and repair to restore a safe, even surface.

Leaf Clearance

Autumn and winter clearance of fallen leaves from lawns, paths and patios. Left uncleared, wet leaves create a serious slip hazard on hard surfaces and can smother lawns. We schedule clearance visits through the autumn and into winter as needed.

Fall-Protection Rubber Tile Installation

We supply and install rubber safety tiles for patios and outdoor seating areas. Designed specifically for care environments, these surfaces significantly reduce the risk of slip and fall injuries, are comfortable and forgiving underfoot, drain freely and require minimal maintenance. This is one of the most impactful improvements a nursing home can make to its outdoor spaces.

Pressure Washing

Deep Cleaning of patios, paths, courtyards and hard standing areas using professional pressure washing equipment. Removes built-up algae, dirt, staining and discolouration to restore surfaces to a clean, safe condition.

Softwashing

Low-pressure application of biodegradable cleaning solutions for wall rendered surfaces, fencing and other structures. Softwashing safely removes moss, algae, lichen, and organic staining without the risk of surface damage that high-pressure washing can cause on older or softer materials. Effective on brick, render, timber and stone.

Site Clearance

Full clearance of overgrown or neglected grounds - including cutting back overgrown hedges and shrubs, clearing accumulated debris, and preparing areas for an ongoing maintenance programme. Ideal for facilities taking on new grounds maintenance contracts after a period of neglect.
